PEKANBARU - Bank Riau Kepri (BRK) Syariah won the 2024 ATM Bersama Award for the Most Transaction Growth Digital Channel category in the 2024 ATM Bersama Members Meeting and Awarding Nigt series of events.

Carrying the theme 'AI Assistant & Cross-Border Payments: The Future of Banking', this event was held at Pullman Lombok Merujani Mandalika Beach Resort Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara on Tuesday - Thursday (15-16 October 2024).

This award from Artajasa Electronic Payments (Artajasa) was received by Tengku Husni Kholil T M Husni Kholil, Pinbag Development Desk Digital Banking Services who on that occasion represented the Director of Funds and Services of BRK Syariah MA Suharto.

Armand Hermawan, President and Director of Artajasa, conveyed his appreciation to all ATM Bersama members for their faith in Artajasa's previous services.

“We really appreciate the support of all ATM Bersama members in building ATM Bersama services so far,” he said.

“As the theme of the Members Meeting ATM Bersama 2024 is, 'AI Assistant & Cross-Border Payment services' hopefully Artajasa can continue to innovate and make new strides in integrated payment system services, as well as increasing the bank's ability to provide the newest technology for customers,” explained Armand.

A number of national banks which are ATM Bersama members have succeeded in achieving the highest appreciation from Artajasa through various award categories at the ATM Bersama Award 2024.

Based on the input of ATM Bersama members in enhancing the caliber and scope of the ATM Bersama network over the previous year, Artajasa and a team of assessors performed a review to choose the winner.

A total of 8 award categories were given by Artajasa, including The Best Marketing Program, The Best Service Excellence, The Top Digital Transformations Regional Bank, The Best Performance Excellence, The Most Transaction Growth Issuer, The Most Transaction Growth Non Digital Channel, The Most Transaction Growth Digital Channel, The Most Transaction Growth ATM Bersama.

MA Suharto, Director of Funds and Services, said in a different setting that financial transactions would increase in tandem with Indonesia's economic expansion. As shown by Bank Riau Kepri Syariah, businesses in the payment industry with the backing of regulators are actively offering goods and services and working to enhance the simple and affordable customer experience in the payment sector.
